Terms of service

!!!MOST IMPORTANT!!!1. You have to be at least 18 to commission me (yes, even for SFW).
2. Prices are for non commercial use.
3. When purchasing a digital commission, you acknowledge that you are receiving a digital, non-physical file.
4. I'm okay with reposting my work on your page/site as long as you credit me properly.
5. I'm not accepting AI generated references.
6. Pedos, zoos, nazis, racists FUCK OFF!CAN DRAW:
- SFW & NSFW (nudity, mostly soft NSFW is okay - only consensual scenes between characters)
- humans/humanoid
- furry/anthro
- animals
- original characters/species
- some copyright characters (from games/movies/other media) – only SFW, ask first please
- cosplay
- human shaped genitals
- any genders/species
- simple backgroundsCAN'T DRAW:
- I don't really draw hard NSFW
- mecha, machines and vehicles
- full armour
- gore, rape, heavy drug use
- hyper/extreme body types or genitals
- animal shape genitals (knots etc.)
- ask about a kink beforehand, I don’t know all of them and I don’t draw many (ex. watersports, vore, humiliation, transformation, vomits, feces, incest).
- complicated backgroundsIf you're unsure if I can draw your character or visualize your idea my DMs/notes are open for such questions and discussion!PAYMENT&WORKINGPAYMENT UPFRONT - via invoice or payment link. I don’t accept ANY cryptocurrency, nor checks. I DO NOT CONSENT TO USE MY WORK AS NFT or in AI art engines.
I start working after receiving a payment. For bigger commissions, we can discuss payment plan. I'll send you the WIPs of the commission to make sure everything is alright. I don't have to accept all requested commissions, I can decline your note if I feel there's something I can't or don't want to draw, so don't get offended - it's very rare, you just have to read my rules. Please be patient, my queue may be long sometimes, I'll probably finish your commission within a month to 3 months, may take longer when you’re requesting a bigger piece. If something unexpected happens and those dates could be delayed I'll message you about it. My average turnaround is 4-6 weeks. Turnaround for animation is average 2 months, I have animator that I hand my files to, and she does all in-betweens.CONTACTI’m no longer accepting contact on discord, only email or Twitter DMs/notes on furaffinity. Respect my boundaries and my privacy. Don’t message me everyday. After the payment I send my queue and estimated time you’ll receive an update, if you have questions or any changes just ask/write, don’t start with a bunch of ‘hi/hello/hey/what’s up/sup’ etc. Just start right away with the thing you have in mind!
If you message me everyday asking where’s your artwork before the estimated update time I’ll block, blacklist you and cancel your commission.
Keep the convos civil please.ADDITIONAL PAYMENTThere may be additional payment if you're requesting more items, have complex designs, request backgrounds etc. Each payment is discussed individually. No visual reference = additional costs. I don’t work without visual references for MOST commissions (no visual references: no images of character).CORRECTIONSI'm okay with fixing mistakes after sending you each stage of the artwork, but I'm not completely fine with reworking previously accepted sketch after working with lineart - it may lead to additional payments. More than 3 reworks might be payable. To avoid those situations it's best to explain your idea and provide visual references, even stickman figure sketch for the pose helps a lot!REFUNDS:No refunds after sketch/lines stage. If I haven't started the commission I’ll refund you fully. I know things come up but when buying a commission make sure it’s not your bills/living expenses budget and you have loose/saved money to spend on art. Art is my full time job and I plan my expenses too, please understand that.You know what you're paying for - please take a look at my gallery before asking for a commission, I won't change for you my style, do a thinner lineart or change the way I draw muzzles, lashes and my coloring technique.
